9:30 am. We depart in private 4×4 toward the train cemetery which is outdoors, impressive locomotives that were used to transport minerals to the neighboring country of Chile in the 19th century.
Then we head toward the Salar de Uyuni 3,650m altitude, the largest salt desert in the World. On the way we visit the salt exploitation of Colchani and we can also see salt artisans.
Then we head to the salt hotel museum closed since 2001.
Subsequently we stop in the heart of the salar, at Incahuasi island, a volcanic island covered with giant cacti and stromatolites colonies of fossilized bacteria that represent the first traces of life on Earth.
From the highest point you will enjoy a viewpoint of the white salt plain, then you will have a fantastic lunch in the middle of the salar to later in the afternoon have a photo session and then we head to the lodge approximately at 7:00 pm. Night Hotel Palacio de Sal.

We have breakfast at 7:30 am and then take a road that ascends from 3,600 to 4,200 meters altitude approximately, at the foot of the Tomasamil volcano 5,900m altitude.
We stop at the viewpoint of the Ollagüe volcano 5,865m altitude, which is active and where one of the highest sulfur mines in the world is exploited.
Bordering the Chilean border to the south, we will take the so-called route of the jewels the lagoons Cañapa, Hedionda, Charkota and Honda, sanctuaries of three varieties of pink flamingos.
Then we head to the Siloli desert then we go to our rest hotel approximately 5:00 pm. Night Hotel Tayka del Desierto.

Today is a long day. After breakfast at 7:00 am we head south through the superb landscapes of the Siloli desert, passing by the famous stone tree, where viscachas sometimes venture, to the spectacular Laguna Colorada and its thousands of flamingos.
The view from the viewpoint is mind-blowing. We visit the Sol de la Mañana geysers 4,850m altitude, volcanic crater with sulfurous vapor effluents and mineralized waters. We stop at the Polques hot springs and cross the Dal desert so called because of the landscapes that remind us of one of the master’s paintings.
At the end of the morning we arrive at Laguna Blanca and Laguna Verde, at the foot of the Juriques and Licancabur volcanoes 5,960m altitude to witness a curious phenomenon when the wind rises, Laguna Verde acquires a truly spectacular emerald hue.
There is passage to the Chilean border for clients who want to cross Hito Cajones. In the afternoon we continue north to the town of Villamar 4,022 masl, and we go to see the Valle de las Rocas where natural figures in the shape of animals can be observed in the area we can also see vicuñas and suris Andean ostriches.
We will have lunch in the Alota community to then go to the model village of Culpina K. In this magical town, the community organized to live off the quinoa culture. On the way we stop in the town of San Cristóbal, famous for its richly decorated colonial church, which we can visit if we are lucky it is not always open. We end our service in Uyuni we will arrive approximately at 7:30 pm.
